Q: How much does your service cost?

A: Our services depend on the individual needs of the client. After talking with the family and making an initial assessment, the cost of services is determined.

Q: Are you licensed by the State of Hawaii?
​
A: Yes! We are licensed by the State of Hawaii and all of our caregivers are insured and bonded.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
​
A: Yes! We do accept long term care insurance at this time. We will work with your long term care insurance company to make sure reimbursements are sent quickly.

Q: Are your caregivers trained and screened?
​
A: Yes, all of our caregivers go through training before they work with our clients. All of our caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified and have either a nurse aide or certified nurse aide certificate. All potential hires must also pass a criminal background check and a drug test before their first shift.
